Please clear sinks of dishes, load and run dishwasher. Throw away any perishable food items from the kitchen and refrigerator Compact and place all regular trash in the bear box outside
Place recyclable in blue trash cart and pull it outside when you leave (3 ft from anything). NO FOOD RESIDUE Make sure the jacuzzi is fully closed (no strap leaving a space) and the mini gym put away
Turn off all lights Fold umbrellas on deck Check that all doors and windows are locked. Once outside, pull firmly the door towards you and punch “lock” on the keypad. Make sure the door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located, a great launching spot to get to Nevada Beach and other areas around South Lake Tahoe. Tristan and Laure were easy to work with and very responsive to all communication. This is a great home to stay in if you're planning to visit Tahoe with a family or group!

This was the perfect place close to several things that we were planning to do while in Tahoe communication between the owner was amazing. Highly recommend staying there in the future.
