Once owned by Muppet master Frank Oz, this classic Tahoe cottage is full of charm & just 2 short blocks to Marla Bay homeowner's beach. It is a lovely walk to the beach in a private neighborhood. This house is located in the quintessential Lake house neighborhood where memories are made. It is also conveniently located a few miles from Stateline and Heavenly village. Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

Nice older home
Very nice older home....plenty of room and sleeping spots. Relaxing sitting by the outside fireplace. Clean and nice interior and furnishings. Beach access is a couple blocks away, but very limited so far as area for setting up pop ups and chairs. The Kuerig coffee maker did not work properly and caused a mess. There was no in house binder giving instructions on fireplace operation or other amenities. Overall comfortable and relaxing.

The home was very clean and friendly. The appliances were in great condition. We enjoyed an afternoon of grilling and hanging out. We enjoyed hiking all around the area and then we enjoyed returning to the house for a nice beverage

Great spot on the Nevada side of the state line!
Perfect for our group of guys—plenty of space with a fun living room and lots of beds. The yard and barbecue area were a big plus, and the house had just about everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Heater and fireplace
Heater and fireplace did not work for chilly mornings. No one responded to my text or phone call to fix.
Also light bulbs exploded in one of the bedrooms. Glass shards everywhere, I cleaned them up. Need to replace bulbs with LEDs.
