This luxurious mountain home offers a very private setting with delightful architectural details. The lot has four U.S. Forest service lots adjacent to the property! This home has been completely rebuilt with high quality details throughout.. The great room offers Acacia hardwood flooring, Montana ledge stone with a gas fireplace, built in surround sound, massive beams, huge picture windows and an incredible lake view deck. The kitchen has ample cabinet space including walnut cabinets and granite countertops, a spacious center island with a built in wine frig and a separate sink and faucet. The stainless commercial 48' range with double ovens and hood and 42”refrigerator are sure to impress! The master suite has its own gas log fireplace, private lake view deck, walk-in closet, dual sink vanity, shower and jetted tub. Below the garage you will find the “Man Cave” featuring a full bar with four electronic poker machines,just for viewing custom cabinetry and glass shelving, ice maker, bar sink, frig, home theatre with an “In Focus” HD projector with a 120' screen, half bath and a storage closet. The home has a separate mother-in-law unit which offers a full kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and one bath with an additional entrance! Exterior features include covered entry, entire home is cedar wrapped with redwood and epoxy water proof decks and some glass railings. Also, the home offers a separate office with a ½ bath, cedar sauna, hydronic heating, Pella windows, outdoor fire pit and lounging area, self- contained spa on main deck and a fenced dog run. Wonderful Stay in this Beautiful Home

We had a reunion of college friends to celebrate us all turning 50, and we wanted a special location to gather. This home was huge with amazing views. The manager was helpful when we had questions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone.

This house made our mini snow vacation amazing. The common area is really impeccable. The wood floor and the lake view along with the rustic decor are impeccable. This is a kids and adult dream home. It was pricey but well worth it in my opinion. Such an amazing house but definetly don't go there if you plan on drinking/partying unless you are 100% sure you can stay inside and keep it clean.

incredible property

Absolutely beautiful house and incredible views. Well-furnished kitchen allowed us to cook our own nice dinners. Hairpin turn provided by google maps will warrant a different route up to the house next time, and the left turn onto 50 from Martin drive is a bit dicey, so we'll go right and turn around next time we're here. Nothing bad to say at all - we will be coming back!

Nice place

I enjoyed staying here. Lots of space for family. We stayed here for Christmas. Besides having to pay extra for a Christmas tree to be set up during the holidays I did enjoy my stay. I did also bring my dog and found it hard to have access to a place for them to use the bathroom. Getting to this property was a little tricky just have to be aware not to take the back way since my gps guided me there.

Fabulous Celebration!

I booked this beautiful property for my 80th Birthday July 4th! During that week we had my family of two children and their families, four grandchildren, my Sister and Brother-in-law...plus a cousin and his wife, as well as my College roommate and her husband...all ages 18 to 86! The property is as beautiful as shown and loaded with amenities to accommodate all. It was truly a Fabulous Celebration...with lots of fun and even fireworks!!

Incredible views

It was difficult to go inside because the view was so compelling! We were 7 adults and 2 small kids and had plenty of rooms and plenty of room to be together. The kitchen had everything we needed and seats for everyone. Location ideal. The house did have two room air conditioners but it was tough to keep all parts of that large house cool. We had record heat during our stay in July so that was part of it. Overall great for a family visiting Lake Tahoe.

Beautiful views

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. It was great for our extended family of grandparents, parents and children. Although it has tons of space, it is not the place to bring a hard partying crowd. It’s in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly enforced, for good reason. That was no problem for us. We’d definitely stay here again. Everyone loved the pool table, theater room, hot tub, views and space.

Breathtaking View To Remember

This was the first time I have ever rented a vacation home. I admit that I was skeptical if the pictures were too good to be true but now I can confidently say, they did it justice. Prior to and after our stay, we were given clear check in /out instructions. It was comforting to know who to contact if there was a problem. The location was the perfect distance from the Stateline to the beaches. As for the house amenities, we had all of the comforts of home at our fingertips. We did have some challenges with the stairs, but once you got to your destination, you didn’t really mind the good workout. The only problem we had was that we could not stay longer, but we will definitely go back!

Great once we figured it out

Overall the place was great. Lots of stairs to get to various bedrooms, but our legs were up to it. Weather was mid-80s but the 2 portable ACs helped during the day. Nights were fine. It took a couple days to get used to the steep driveway and hairpin turns. It took a couple minutes to find the keypad behind the extra glass door. The upstairs washer was confusing about adding detergent, and we repeated someone's earlier mistake and poured into the wrong place, making a mess. Don't open the master shower door too far or it hits the shower head. Despite the learning curve, we and our extended family enjoyed the house, especially the unified living / dining / kitchen / deck. A great house for a family gathering.

Beautiful House - Fantastic Views

Beautiful views of Zephyr Cove, Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect! A minute drive to the lake, town and dining locations. It really is a great location, and well maintained!We would recommend this location to anyone staying in South Lake Tahoe area.

The home has stunning views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. The description of the property was accurate, note the stairs to multiple levels. When we arrived the property was well cleaned. The kitchen met all of our cookings needs, we cooked most of our dinners in. The WiFi worked well throughout the house. The spa on the deck was enjoyed by everyone. I can with great confidence highly recommend staying here, we all enjoyed our visit.

Family Tahoe trip

Wow, this house was beyond amazing! The luxury views were absolutely breathtaking, and the vibe was perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway. My family and I had the BEST time here — every moment was just incredible! Plus, being so close to the casino and shops made it even better.The house manager was fantastic — super reliable, easy to communicate with, and provided very detailed instructions and information, which made everything so smooth.We loved every second and can’t recommend this place enough!

Big house w Great Deck Views

Large comfortable house with beautiful Lake Tahoe views from the back decks. Close to the lake for walking and exploring. Close to South Lake Tahoe for any city needs.
