Definitiv nicht den Bildern entsprechend. Heruntergewirtschaftet, dunkel, ungepflegt. Zimmer ok, jedoch mit erheblichem Schimmel im Bad und Wanzen an den Fenstern. Abendessen war lecker, Service höflich jedoch unausgesprochen langsam im Verhältnis zu den wenigen Gästen die anwesend waren. Frühstücksbuffet sehr durchschnittlich.

Wir finden das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen und auch die allgemeine Sauberkeit (Eingangstür, Balkone, volle Aschenbecher) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Freunde von uns die auch dort gebucht hatten, sind nach dem Eintreffen gar nicht erst geblieben. Auch war das Frühstück sehr spartanisch, trockenes Brot und Brötchen. Also wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Freundlichkeit ist auch nicht die Stärke am Empfang. Hier ist wieder bewiesen wie Bilder täuschen. Bei Weitem etwas Besseres erwarten für diesen Preis.

Goede vakantie.

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Onmiddellijk de nodige uitleg over het reële en zeilen. Grote kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Het was een zeer prettig verblijf bij hen.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war unter aller Würde. Dreckig und sogar Schimmel im Bad. Nachdem das Zimmer gewechselt werden konnte war das nächste noch schlimmer. Erneut beschwert mit Fotobeweis. Es kam die totale Uneinsichtigkeit des Hotelbesitzers und man wurde nett umschrieben als Lügner dagestellt. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!! Im gesamten Hotel roch es sehr nach Chlor. Positiv war allerdings das Essen. Frühstück sowie das a la Carte Essen war wirklich super. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Wandern ein.

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, l'endroit est très calme, le service sans reproche, le checking in un peu long (la personne ne retrouvait ps ma réservation...), la nourriture excellente. Seul bémol, la chambre que l'on m' attribuée ne correspond pas à la photo de la réservation... Le reste, rien à redire.

Zeer goed hotel voor mij, comfortabele slaapkamers,goed eten en drinken en alles aanwezig voor mij zoals sauna en zwembad en in temidden van de bossen. Alleen de service mag beter.

Mooi ouder hotel op mooie lokatie. Alles prima in orde! Check in door oudere dame die alleen Duits kon, even dwalen maar kamer gevonden in andere vleugel ;D

De kamer was brandschoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk en de badkamer is prima, met een lekkere regendouche. Het hotel zelf kan een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het ademt een behoorlijke jaren-90-sfeer uit met veel donkere kleuren/ruimtes en weinig vrolijkheid. Het personeel is correct en beleefd, maar erg afstandelijk. Het zou kunnen overkomen als ongeïnteresseerd of ernstig vermoeid. Uitzondering was de dame die ons bediende tijdens het avondeten, die ons met alle egards, humor en enthousiasme voorzag van hetgeen we hadden besteld. Het avondeten was van topkwaliteit, indachtig de Duitse keuken. Verwacht als Nederlander dus geen culinaire hoogstandjes; die zul je eerder in Frankrijk en Italië moeten zoeken. Het ontbijt was oké en lekker, maar niet heel bijzonder. Ik miste zwarte thee; alleen kamillethee en groene thee waren voorhanden en dat is wat mij betreft een misser. Nog een misser: de fruitsalade bij het ontbijt bestond uit diverse soorten fruit uit blik; dat vind ik echt een minpunt en was ik al heel lang niet meer tegengekomen.

Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Mooie gerenoveerde badkamer met regendouche en handdouche. Mooie ligging tegen de bosrand aan. Prima gegeten. Wel maakt het hotel (inclusief eigenaar en personeel) een wat uitgebluste indruk.

Groot hotel met gebrek aan personeel, en daardoor weinig service. Vergane glorie. Als hotel volgend jaar nog open is, zou dat me verbazen. Zoveel pech na jaar met C-gedoe nu weer overstroming - trein-fietsverbinding zal hele jaar nog niet functioneren en fiets/wandel-routes zijn beperkt begaanbaar. Hele omgeving is zwaar getroffen, maar er wordt met man en macht aan herstel gewerkt.
