Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach 10 km.
