Großzügige Wohnung, ideal für 2 Gäste mit schönem Blick ins Grüne. Der mitreisende Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider wurde in der Vergangenheit in der Wohnung oder im Haus geraucht ...

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Positiv: das Haus sieht von außen wie in der Beschreibung aus. Auch der umliegende Garten, den man mitnutzen kann. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber und geräumig. Alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen ist vorhanden. Negativ: gleich am Eingang, die obere Decke ist übersät mit Spinnweben und spinnen. Mich hat das ziemlich geekelt und Negativ beeinflusst. Es gab an keinem Fenster fliegennetze . Die Matratze im Bett war sehr hart, ich bekam davon Rücken schmerzen.

Villa wunderschön, ruhige Lage. Fewo schön. Gefrierfach in der Küche wäre wünschenswert. WC leider nicht sehr sauber. Nähe zum Strand super. Kulturelle Angebote für groß und klein super. Wer Ruhe sucht ist dort gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ausstattung

Wir waren bereits das dritte mal in der Ferienwohnung, die uns gut gefällt. Zwei Anmerkungen haben wir. In der Küche musste die Bratpfanne erneuert werden und da die Kopfenden der Betten nicht verstellt werden können, Keilkissen, dann wäre ja alles perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war wie immer (wir waren schon 7mal dort) sehr ordentlich und sauber.Mein Hinweis vom letzten Jahr bezüglich des Durchlauferhitzers im Bad wurde beherzigt, es ist ein neuer installiert.Um es kurz zu machen es war wieder einmal super. Wir fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin ...

Wohnung ist toll. Leider konnten wir von 2 Wochen ca. 10 Tage nicht duschen, da das warme Wasser nicht funktionierte-trotz Bemühungen des Besitzers eine Reperatur zu ermöglichen. Wasserdruck war da. Die anderen Wohnungen hatten keine Probleme. Sonst alles toll.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - aber die Sauberkeit!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine perfekte strandnahe Lage. Aber die Wohnung muss mehr geputzt werden. An sehr vielen Stellen dicke Staubschichten, defekter Warmwasserbereiter wurde trotz Reklamation nicht repariert und von der verwaltenden Firma vor Ort wurden wir nicht ernst genommen. Die Handtücher waren fleckig, besser eigene mitbringen.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war wie immer sehr gemütlich und ordentlich. Wir fühlen uns dort immer sehr wohl. Wir waren jetzt schon das fünfte mal dort und es ist immer wieder schön. Einzigstes Manko ist der Durchlauferhitzer im Bad, müsste mal erneuert werden.
