The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom's narrowest point, midway along the island. This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village has a shallow, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new beach promenade, with its large open-air stage, lies in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts are held here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of Usedom's smallest seaside resorts, so visitor numbers remain modest. The village exudes peace and relaxation all year round, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



The accommodation has 2 rooms for up to 4 guests: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, plus a terrace and a bathroom with a shower. Pets are not allowed.
