Apartment 'Lina' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

  • The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom's narrowest point, in the centre of the island. This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village has a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a picturesque setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. Set in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea, the new beachfront promenade features a large open-air stage hosting regular concerts during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of Usedom's smallest seaside resorts, so visitor numbers remain modest. The village exudes peace and relaxation in every season, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



    The accommodation has 2 rooms for up to 4 guests: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, plus a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and the car park. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a freezer compartment. An initial supply of soap and toilet paper is provided.
