- The idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Zempin is situated at the narrowest point of Usedom, right in the heart of the island. From this central location, you can easily explore Usedom by car, bike, or the Usedomer Bäderbahn. The former fishing village boasts a flat, stone-free beach with fine sand on one side, and a romantic setting by the Achterwasser (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. Nestled in the coastal forest near the sea, the new beach promenade with its large open-air stage hosts regular concerts during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. As one of the smallest seaside resorts on Usedom, Zempin remains peaceful even in peak season, offering a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere year-round.
