The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom’s narrowest point, right in the middle of the island. This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village has a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon in Usedom Nature Park on the other. The new seafront promenade, with its large open-air stage, lies in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts take place here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset from here is a special experience. As one of Usedom’s smallest seaside resorts, Zempin attracts fewer holidaymakers and tourists. The village offers peace, relaxation and a friendly, family atmosphere all year round.



The accommodation has 2 rooms for up to 4 guests: a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed, plus 2 balconies and a bathroom with a large shower and bathtub. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and the car park. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a freezer compartment. A starter supply of soap and toilet paper is provided.
