Saubere, gut eingerichtete FeWo in ruhiger Lage am Achterwasser.Ideal mit Kind und Hund, große Wiese angrenzend an die Terrasse, Spielplatz gleich um die Ecke. Super Service von Interhome. Wir waren hier schon öfter und kommen gerne wieder

Urlaub Zempin

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet..die Lage mit dem Großen Grundstück ist sehr ruhig...für uns ein absolutes Nogo die Wohnung hat kein W-Lan..sollte man nachrüsten..ansonsten Zempin mit dem Strand top immer gerne wieder...

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wohnungstür schleift am Boden somit schwer zu öffnen und schließen. Die zwei kleine Räume gehören mal ausgemistet und gelüftet stinken unangenehm. WLAN wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Urlaub in Zempin

Der Urlaub war schön. Die Wohnung nicht ganz so schön. Die Betten waren gruselig. Wir hatten einen Urlaub mit Hund gebucht. Das auf hinteren Wiese große Schilder stehen, dass Hunde nicht erlaubt sind, war für uns etwas befremdlich. Das warme Wasser kam stark verzögert. Zum Schluss kamen dann noch Renovierungsarbeiten aus der Nachbar Wohnung zu Ohren.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage

Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe problemlos. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin von Interhome. Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe vom Wasser. Allerdings sind die Abstellräume, der Waschraum, sowie Schränke und Schubladen sehr unordentlich. Auf die Sauberkeit könnte generell etwas mehr geachtet werden. Wohnungstür schleift auf dem Fußboden. Die Ferienwohnung würde ich trotzdem weiter empfehlen.

Qualität der FW sehr gut, Betreuung durch Büro Zinnowitz desgleichen. Enttäuschend fehlender WLAN-Anschluß! Bei kälteren Außentemperaturen wie in KW37 wäre Benutzbarkeit der Heizung wünschenswert gewesen. Qualität des Quartiers induzierte Vorbestellung für September 2025 Wolfgang Cajar

positiv: - unkomplizierte Buchung, problemlose Schlüsselabholung und Rückgabe, - gut und sinnvoll ausgestattete Wohnung, ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen, - Stellplatz für Pkw vorhanden, -ruhige Lage mit hohem Erholungswert; negativ: -Insektenreste an den Wänden, Spinnweben in mehreren Räumen, - fehlende Fliegengitter, - kein WLan vorhanden !!! - dicke Staubschicht auf Lattenrost der Betten; - Schimmelbefall in den Fugen der Dusche wurde von uns beseitigt,

Wir waren schon zum viertenmal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Ruhige Lage am Achterwasser, gut und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne einfach nur schön zum abschalten und entspannen
