This rustic-style, charming and compact holiday apartment offered by Steinbock Lodges is located right on Lake Zell and has its own access to the garden and the lake via a staircase from the balcony. The kitchenette is ideal if you would like to cater for yourself during your holiday. The Waterfront Apartment 2 is ideal for couples spending their holidays in Zell am See. The bathroom is furnished with a bathtub and from the bedroom, you can directly access the balcony that hovers right over the lake – offering a view that is splendid and unique!

In the communal lounge in the basement – also used by the holiday guests of the other holiday apartments in the building – you will find a cosy fireplace and seating area as well as the opportunity to play table football or table tennis and hone your skills. Adults too can cruise across Lake Zell at a leisurely pace and take in the spectacular scenery from the vantage point of the water. In the wonderful garden of Waterfront Apartment 2, you will find sun loungers and garden furniture. This is a prime location as you are right on the lake shore – what could be better in the warm summer months? In winter, the ski room with ski boot heaters and heated drying racks is handy to dry your ski clothes after a busy day on the slopes. You can relax in the knowledge that your will equipment will be dry and ready for the following day’s adventure on the snowy slopes.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find numerous excellent restaurants that offer a stunning view of Lake Zell while you eat. You can easily reach the town centre with its beautiful old town by bus, which leaves on the hour from the nearby bus stop, or by car in only five minutes. Bus, train or car – the choice is yours – but whatever mode you chose, you can travel in comfort.



Leisure activities:

The famous Lake Zell attracts many visitors each year with countless water sports on offer for sports enthusiasts but swimming and simply relaxing in the sun are also perfect for those who like to take things easy and recharge their batteries. With the fresh air and stunning views, the promenade around the lake invites you to go for a bike ride or walk. See the lake from all angles and get some exercise at the same time! You don’t have to travel far to hit the slopes. From Zell am See, you can easily reach the region’s skiing areas, especially the pistes on the local mountain Schmittenhöhe – there are also free shuttle buses of which you can avail! In summer, you can head straight out your front door to explore the mountains on long hiking trails, which are all clearly marked and signposted. A paradise for hikers who love a variety of trials along with stunning scenery.
