State-of-the-art equipment paired with alpine flair makes the "Fire" holiday apartment an oasis of well-being that is second to none. At the foot of the Schmittenhöhe, directly opposite the AreitXpress, Tevini Boutique Suites are the ideal starting point for both summer and winter holidays.The apartment is equipped with everything a relaxing holiday needs: on 50m² there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed for a total of 4 people. A modern bathroom with shower is a matter of course.Of course, our guests use free internet and a parking lot. We also have a ski and bike storage room. The "Fire" apartment has a balcony as well as central heating and a Smart TV.The eat-in kitchen with electric hob is also fully equipped: fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, as well as toaster and kettle are part of our standard equipment.The following are within walking distance: the Areit cable car (300m), the lake (600m), a supermarket (50m), the train station and the city center (but 2.5km). The golf course (1km) and Salzburg Airport (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.

Schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung in Zell am See

Uns hat besonders die schöne und moderne Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung gefallen. Die Aufteilung der einzelnen Räume sowie die Möglichkeiten an Stauraum waren optimal. Die Ausstattung der Küche war funktional und ausreichend. Auch die Lage der Wohnung, der Nähe zu Supermärkten/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Anbindung an Bus/Bahn/Straßenverkehrsnetz hat uns gut gefallen. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon könnten etwas bequemer und der Tisch auf dem Balkon etwas größer sein, damit man auch auf dem Balkon frühstücken/essen kann.

Schönste aller Ferienwohnungen

Uns gefällt das schlichte funktionelle Moderne. Die schrägen hohen Decken sind der besondere Kick. Trennung von Bad, WC und zusätzlich Abstellraum sehr praktisch. Prinzipiell nur Kleinigkeiten. Bei der "Schlüsselübergabe" wäre es hilfreich gewesen uns die Mülltrennung zu erklären und nochmals auf das WLAN‐Passwort hinzuweisen. Kissen etwas sperrig. Bei hochsommerlichen Außentemperaturen ließ sich die Wandheizung im Bad nur per Sicherung ausschalten (nach Rücksprache).
