Luxuriously furnished, recently finished, each of the 95m² suites offers a top class holiday experience. Two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with lake view offer space for up to 7 people. Whether Penthouse or Garden Suite, they all have one thing in common: A stunning lake view from your private terrace.A marvelous lake view at the front and the cable car of the Schmittenhöhe at the back – Welcome to Villa Julia. The cable car city express, the railway station and the old town including various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need to prepare delicious meals for their beloved ones: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Central heating and floor cooling guarantee for the right room temperature in every season. We pay attention to the little things and provide our guests as well with iron, hair dryer, washing mashing and tumble dryer in the bottom of the house. Of course we offer WIFI and parking in front of the house.

Ehrliche Bewertung mit kleinen Abstrichen – aber absolut empfehlenswert!

Top-Lage: Direkt am See und gleichzeitig nahe der Innenstadt – besser geht’s kaum. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Geschmackvolles Design: Die Wohnung ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr sauber und übersichtlich: Alles war gepflegt und ordentlich – so stellt man sich eine Ferienwohnung vor. Gute Schlafzimmer: Die beiden Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus und sind angenehm ruhig. Wir haben dort hervorragend geschlafen. Insgesamt wohltuende Atmosphäre: Wir haben uns als Familie wirklich willkommen gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Fazit: Trotz einiger kleinerer Schwächen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Stärken der Wohnung überwiegen deutlich – vor allem Lage, Sauberkeit und Stil überzeugen. Für digital-affine Gäste absolut zu empfehlen – wir kommen gerne wieder! Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer: Für Erwachsene leider nicht besonders bequem – durchgelegene Matratzen, eher für Kinder geeignet.

Great views, location, cleanliness Much bigger than we anticipated and the underfloor heating is amazing Need a bread knife in garden suite and we weren’t aware that both sofas were sofa beds until we arrived - would have been great to know this before hand
