Hyggeligt hotel med dejlig beliggenhed og udsigt. Men det var tydeligvis uden for sæson( vi var der i efterårsferien) Der var kun en person til køkken og morgenmadsservering, selv om der var en del gæster, så opfyldning måtte man selv bede om. Standard på morgenmad var middel. Der var kun bemanding i receptionen om formiddagen, selvom der stod til kl 21. Så vi oplevede gæster der ankom og som vi måtte ringe for at fonde ud af, hvordan de skulle få nøgler til deres værelser. Det annoncerede spa og massage var kun muligt om vinteren, dog var der to saunaer og afslapningsområde uden betaling.

Nice Room with balcony overlooking Zell Am See

From Zell Am See train station we walked to PostPlaz to take Postbus 71 to hotel, only a few stops about 5mins away. Bus stop near to the hotel. We stayed 2N and hotel staff was nice to give us the room on 4/Flr with lake view. The hotel has lift so no issue with luggage. Although hotel is not at the city central, The Kaprun Card given by hotel was a bonus, free use of cable cars. The Smittenhohe cable car station is located short walking distance away. Bus ride is Euro 1 per pax with the card. Breakfast was adequate.

Did not want to leave!

Just brilliant-excellent hotel in a brilliant location, close to the cable car station at the Schmittenhöhe. Nice big room, comfortable bed, balcony with awesome views. Food top class and staff are lovely. We will be returning in future. This was our 3rd time to stay and I can’t wait to return.

Unbeatable view!

I stayed here for two nights and we had an apartment room with a view of the lake which was absolutely beautiful. We arrived early and our room was ready for us which was a bonus. The restaurant staff are lovely (especially Joseph) and are very attentive. You can catch the Bus No. 71 from the Busbahnhof down in town and it stops a few meters from the hotel which is very handy. The hotel offers Wellness and horse riding, both of which I did not try but liked the idea if I had more time here. Pros - Joseph in the restaurant is LOVELY! - Breakfast and dinner are very substantial and so much selection - fantastic - Views are to die for - Close to bus stop so you don’t have to walk up the huge hill! - Very close to the ski lifts - Rooms have a safe, hairdryer and a fridge Cons - Mattresses dip in the middle, could do with replacing - Rooms are not soundproof so you can hear your neighbours talking but people seems courteous and don’t talk too late - Room decor is very 90s but everything works so didn’t bother us. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Zell Am See and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

فندق حلو والي احلا منه الريسبشن السوري امجد موقع الفندق قريب من جبال التزلج .. الفندق نظيف وهو عباره عن شقق مفروشه لكن نظيفه جدا وفيه مواقف لسيارات تريحك وتفكك من الموواقف. الي بفلوس انصح فيه بشده

Great, clean, beautiful place to stay!

The walls are pretty thin sooooo could hear people talking loud and baby crying buuut other than that it was a great place to stay. I was there during the off season so there's not much going on in the area, but it's so beautiful that no matter what you do it'll esthetically be fantastic haha. Also, don't except anyone around on a Sunday!

Korrekte, geschäftsmäßige Abwicklung

Wir haben es bei Hotels dieser Größe bisher immer erlebt, dass im Haus so etwas wie ein pesönliches Flair herrscht. Das haben wir im Schmittenhof vermisst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber auch etwas diatanziert. Vielleicht würde etwas mehr Präsenz der Eigentümer-Familie im Haus der Atmosphäre gut tun.

Comfortable hotel close to cable car.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay there for over one week. We ended up being too busy with all the activities offered on the summer card that we did not use the hotel facilities such as pool sauna etc. The summer card offers free admission or rebate to a huge number of attractions that would cost hundreds of Euros if separately purchased - a really good deal! We cooked or prepared dinners in the fully functioning kitchenette of the apartment - including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The beds were made daily by the room service personal and towels were replaced as needed. Overall a very pleasant stay in a hotel which I highly recommend to anyone.

Pent hotell i en meget stille og rolig by.

Helt greit hotell, men vær obs på at man må betale for rengjøring om man velger leilighet.Dette står d ingenting om når man booker.Det fremkommer først på bekreftelsen på mail.Når man bare skal overnatte 1 natt er 80 euro ganske mye.Vi fikk byttet rom etter mye om og men da vi ikke hadde tatt rommet i bruk ennå:)

Spent 2 nights ar the hotel. Room was ok, even it was pretty hot the room was cool with no A/C. However, the hotel is located app. 1 mile from the lake and it's all very uphill from the lake. Barbeque dinner was great, other dinner not that great... All in all, I could recommend this unless you want to be near the lake.

Отель хороший, до подъемника 150 метров. Перонал дружелюбный. Виз из номера на озео просто потрясающий!!! В цокольном этаже 4 бани (инфра, хаммам, финская и еще какая-то..) - приятное бесплатное приложение к проживани. Но есть одно но, намеренно брали номер с кухней, по факту оказалось, что за ее использование надо дополнитеьно заплатить 70 Евро. Нигде такого не видел!!! Бред!!! А в остальном все на очень хорошем уровне.

Heel mooi hotel met oog voor details

Wij waren verrast door de prachtige eetkamer en smaakvolle aankleding. Het hele hotel zag er heel mooi uit. De kamer was ruim genoeg met een mooie badkamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was ruimschoots voldoende.
