Both bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms lead directly into the garden.On the upper floor there is the spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table for up to 6 people and living area with TV and sofa (pull-out).The balcony is furnished, offers a wonderful mountain view and invites you to linger for hours.The perfect holiday experience is in the detail: Free wifi and parking spaces, as well as a Smart TV and a washing machine in the basement are also part of our offer, as is a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, as well as a coffee machine (filter), toaster and kettles offer everything you need to pamper your loved ones!Despite the absolute quiet location, the city center is only 1.5 kilometers away, so you can reach the countless restaurants, shops and leisure facilities within a few minutes.In winter it is approx. 1.3 kilometers to the entrance to the ski area (CityXpress), from where you can explore the entire Schmittenhöhe and make your turns on 68 kilometers of slopes. Since the 2019/2020 ticket alliance, the entire Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski region has been included in your ski pass and offers a total of 408 fantastic and perfectly groomed kilometers of slopes.In summer, head for the cool water - the lake is not far away, numerous hiking routes can be started directly from the accommodation and the 36-hole leading golf club Zell am See-Kaprun is 10 minutes away by car.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings wird bei der Ausstattung an der falschen Stelle gespart: Die Küche mit etwas mehr Utensilien von IKEA und einem Wasserkocher auszustatten, den Gästen bereits bei der Anreise Handtücher (Sauna!) in hinreichendem Umfang zur Verfügung zu stellen und Bettzeug (5 Leute = 5 Garnituren) verursacht kaum Aufwand, trägt aber erheblich zum Urlaubserlebnis bei. Ein Manual mit Beschreibung der Umgebung etc. wäre ebenfalls hilfreich. Sehr gut war die Betreuung auf Anfrage, insbesondere die schnelle Reaktionszeit!
