This one bedroom apartment in the Schüttdorf area of Zell am See near to the local shops. It is located on the first floor of the house with a side entrance. It is a short walk to the ski area Schmitten and the nearest lift is called Areit Xpress.



In the main bedroom it has one double bed, this room has double doors leading to the balcony. There is a double sofa bed in the open plan living room, and therefore capacity to sleep 4 people.



A long balcony flanks the front and side elevation, with access from the kitchen, living room and bedroom with views out towards the mountains.



The apartment is a reasonable size, and has a separate bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Great location. A well-equipped kitchen. Thanks. Everything was perfectly organized. Weak lighting in the room. There are no second curtains. Poor sound insulation with the upper floor. Especially above the bedroom.
