"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "A lovely and charming small bed & breakfast in a central location. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was especially happy to find a hair dryer in my room, If you happen to need something that is not already provided, the staff are always happy to help and will do their best to accommodate you. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this place to others."
