"This is a good basic clean hotel, it is a little out of the way but there are nearby trams that take you into the centre. It’s a 30-40 minute walk from the main train station or you can get the number 18 tram. I feel that the kitchen in the pictures is misleading, there is a hob but no utensils to cook with. I stayed in a single room and there were just 2 small side plates, 1 glass, 1 cup and minimal cutlery. The pictures show a coffee machine but there wasn’t one. I was only staying for 2 nights so I didn’t miss having one but if you are a coffee lover be aware of this. The staff were efficient and the area felt safe. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from the hotel"

"Wow I can't say enough about this location. Everything was sparkly clean, as described, and functioning. This includes the washer/dryer in the unit, refrigerator, hvac system, bathroom, etc. The check in process was fast and smooth. The location is prime, as well. If you are traveling by train, this property is a 2 minute walk to the station. It's also a short cab ride to the city center where all the shopping amd restaurants are. There are also many cafes in walking proximity. If we come back to Vienna, we will stay here again."
