"Eigentlich wäre das Appartment wunderbar gewesen und es liegt abgeschieden und hat deshalb auch keinen Verkehrslärm. Leider haben die Gäste im 1. Stock fürchterlichen Lärm gemacht. In den 1. Stock führt eine Metalltreppe, die Schlafen mit den entsprechenden Nachbarn unmöglich macht. Bitte legen Sie auf die Treppe (Gummi-)Matten, um den Lärm zu dämpfen. Sonst ist man vom Glück mit den Nachbarn abhängig und das wäre mir zu riskant"

"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. "The reception staff told us everything there is to know about the skiing.They sell the ski lift passes at the reception. Ski equipment rental is next door, access to the slopes is across the street from the hotel. Very convenient, zero wait times everywhere, from rental to lifts/gondolas/restaurants on the slopes. The 5 course meal at the hotel was fantastic. "
