The villa has three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out bed, which can easily be converted into a double bed. The spacious living room with an attractive gas fireplace invites you to relax with family or friends.

Outdoor enjoyment in the Garden and on the Water
The beautifully landscaped garden offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Relax in the spacious lounge set or challenge your company on the small putting green. Enjoy the peace and quiet with the view of the water. From the private jetty you can go into the water for a swim, a perfect addition to your holiday pleasure. The villa is located opposite the tennis court, and there are two rackets and balls available.
