"The rooms were efficient and clean. The buffet was very messy and they were not staying on top of it so was a bit disappointing. Outside of that it was decent place to stay."

"The hotel is at a great location. Our room was clean and spacious, had a fantastic view of the canal. Hotel room amenities were great. Check in was slow. When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious. Amenities great, nice coffee shop downstairs and very close to train station."

"Hotel was clean but old. Few plug ins in room, one window with view of rooftops, super small tv, internet worked, but overall an underwhelming experience for the price. Best thing was location. Centre odd old Amsterdam and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, Staff was helpful. In hotel breakfast was not utilized but seemed expensive and lots of bakeries minutes away."

"It was not a great experience. The bathroom had a really bad smell and several times it reeked of weed in the entire hallway and into our room. Glasdoor between bathroom and the bedroom without the possibility to turn of the light your self (it was a sensor) made it also really bad."

"Nice rooms. Front desk seem slow on information. Spa is open at 4pm is weird. Breakfast was amazing "

"The room was clean although it seemed bigger in picture. The staff were helpful to an extent. I had ordered room service to bring towels up and nothing was brought, I then went to go to reception to request it again. For the standard and price of the hotel , a smart TV should be available. Having access to only Dutch channels wasn’t helpful at all. Previous Leonardo hotels I’ve stayed in, smart TV’s have always been available in the rooms. So to be told that there aren’t any at all in the hotel was very strange to me. The checkout procedure was also rather long, maybe more staffing required"
