Hotel was in a great location, nice room, however ended up moving rooms 3 times due to the shower breaking on night 2. We got assigned another room but was a lot smaller which we weren’t happy with. So we moved back to our original room with no hot water, a then came back for the 3rd night and they moved us to another room which was bigger an had hot water, so win win!

Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room.
