The Cozy Cottage is the perfect place for your fishing and boating retreat. The cottage is located in the town of Zavalla with convenient access to the grocery store and gas stations. Gas up before you head out to the lake! The cottage is approximately 7 miles to the Cassel Boykin boat ramp, 14 miles to Boykin Springs, 10 miles to Hanks Creek, 25 miles to Ellen Trout Zoo, and much more! Enjoy a day at the lake, swimming in natural spring water, or visiting the zoo. Relax at the cottage and cook up some good food on the charcoal bbq pit. The cottage is a 100 year old home with lots of charm. Sleeping arrangements include one sofa, futon, and 2 bedrooms. The home easily equipped for 4 - 6 guests. There is plenty of room to park your vehicles and boat. Linens, towels, soap, coffee pot, microwave, Wi-Fi, and other conveniences provided.

Stayed during Thanksgiving weekend! Fit our family of six and our budget perfectly! I loved the little antique touches they had in the home and the beds were so comfy! The owner was a delight to do business with!

Great place convenient location

This house was perfect for our overnight stay. We were in town for a bass tournament. This house is located in a great spot to get to any of the launches near by.

We were only here for a few hours of sleep. Beds are comformatable and home was clean. Had an issue with the TV, host was very accommodating for the trouble. Would stay again for a good nights sleep.
