"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "

"Everything was perfect the comfy mattress, quiet neighborhood yet in the close proximity to Troickoe and riverwalk. Many restaurants with a choice of cuisine in the walking proximity."

"Really great room for the price, large and spacious, clean and quality service. Unfortunately the air conditioning for the whole floor I was staying in wasn't working so it would get quite hot at night. "

"The hotel building did look monastic and looked great for it. Location close to historic places and a wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from. Room very comfortable, staff very helpful. Nice easy breakfast."
