"Clean room good service kind staff"

"I Booked it after check in hours so I couldn’t check in and I had to stay out a whole night because there were no other places available. And where I asked for a refund they said “it’s a non refundable booking” even though I couldn’t even use it to begin with! Very disappointed from the property and from Hotel.com service!"

"Loved the location, the building, our room, the service, and the buffet breakfast. It was nice to have a bathtub for my toddler, who also really enjoyed meeting Pierre, the parrot. "

"Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment. "
