Situated in Zaragoza’s historic centre, our apartment places you within walking distance of the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Stroll to the majestic Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar and the Cathedral of El Salvador (La Seo), both steeped in rich history and architectural splendour. Explore the bustling Plaza del Pilar, a hub of cultural events and gatherings. The nearby El Tubo district invites you to indulge in Zaragoza’s renowned tapas scene, offering a myriad of bars and eateries serving local delicacies. Shopping enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Calle Alfonso I and Paseo Independencia, lined with a mix of boutiques and major retailers.

While many of Zaragoza’s attractions are easily accessible on foot from the apartment, the city’s efficient public transport system offers convenient options for exploring further afield. The nearest bus stop is just a few metres away, and the tram system is also within easy reach, providing easy connections to other parts of the city.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor. Although it is possible to take the lift, the lift exits the building at the top floor. Therefore, you will need to walk down a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Due to its prime, central location, you may hear some noise during your stay.

There is no private parking, but you can park your car for free in the area surrounding the apartment.

There is central air conditioning and heating via a gas boiler. (The temperature may not exceed 22°C, as we consider this to be the optimal temperature.)

The accommodation is equipped with:

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI/passport information via the link we will send you.

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.
