Welcome to your home in Zaragoza! This bright and comfortable apartment is located right in the city centre, just steps away from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or medical reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and penalties may apply.

The apartment features 3 cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room, and one bathroom, making it perfect for families, friends, or small groups (up to 6 guests).

This property has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There is one full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is separate from the living and dining area and includes its own small table for meals.

The apartment also has a decibel detector, in accordance with community rules.

Due to its central location and the surrounding area, you may hear noise during your stay.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Please note that pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €150 penalty.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist short-term stays. Reservations are accepted only for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in guests not being permitted to stay at the property.
