The restaurant, is the only downer, very expensive, very limited choices and they bring you all the food at the same time, though we explained that we want this first that that later, the excuse was, kitchen prepares it this way and we have to bring it .... Now the SPA personnel are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. "

"There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "

"Our stay at Coral Bay was AMAZING! From the moment we arrived Alfred and Sonia the owners were very friendly and attentive. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and both were eager to answer any and all questions. Our room was simply impeccable. From the decorations to the small details to even the breakfast each morning that Sonia served was outstanding. Waking up to Ocean views all around was a once in a lifetime dream come true. Our trip was cut short due to unseen circumstances, however, while we were staying at coral Bay. It was heaven on earth. Alfred even helped my husband set up a two or four a private boat for myself and my husband for the day. This is the first time we’ve ever went to a resort and we’re the only couple there for a few days. We enjoyed every moment of talking with both of them. And definitely plan to come back one day when we can stay longer."
