川側が一望できるお部屋で常に太陽光が部屋を照らしてくれるのでとても気持ちよかったです。地震の影響か引き戸が傾いてちゃんと閉まりませんでした。

Het gebouw ziet er buiten wat achterstallig uit, maar binnen is er netjes en schoon. De kamer was ruim met mooi uitzicht, de onsen is zeer plezierig en de personeel erg attent. Leuke eettentjes is de beurt.

・トイレはウオシュレットではない。 ・朝食のみのプランを選択。選択理由は宿からの「客が満足することに自信あり」であったが、何の特徴もなく、きたいはずれも甚だしい。

무척 만족한 산사테이 후기

주변은 스키장이 있어 경관도 좋고 한적했습니다. 그래서인지 식당같은게 별로없긴했지만 호텔이 깨끗하고 관리도 잘해주시고 온천까지 할 수 있어서 무척 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하시고 맘에 쏙드는 하룻밤이었어요. 정만 잘 쉬다 왔어요~^^

素泊まりで利用しました。 6人部屋で3人で泊まりました。 部屋は広々とし、綺麗でした。窓から見える景色もなかなかです。 大浴場は清掃時以外いつでも入れ、一人頭5000円とかなり安いと感じました。

4人部屋を予約したが、4枚の布団を敷いたら他のスペースがなかった。窓を開けたかったかが部屋に網戸がなかったので、なくなく冷房を使ったが冷房が苦手な人も考慮して欲しい。またかけ布団の羽毛かホコリがひどくて、やはり窓が開けれなくてつらかった。 朝食の有料バイキング1500円をオプションでつけたが、全体的にひどかった。味付けがしょっぱく、美味しくなかった。昨年はバイキングではなかったがとても美味しかった分、本当に残念だった。あのレペルで1500円は高過ぎるし、今後は利用しないと思う。

スタッフの皆さんが素敵な旅館

宿泊した部屋は昔風で、川や雨の音がよく聞こえました。お安く宿泊したので納得です。朝食バイキングは大人子供同料金で高いなぁと感じたのでやめてしまいました。お風呂良かったです。なにより、スタッフの対応はとても良かったと思います。また宿泊したいです。

もっとゆっくりしたいくらい最高

出張で急遽利用。平日で料金がお安く、その割に部屋も綺麗で、料理もおいしく、お風呂も最高でした。 プライベートでぜひまた利用したいです。

昔からの温泉旅館

禁煙のお部屋がなく、どの部屋でも喫煙が可能なため、館内全体的にタバコのにおいがしみついています。周りの環境は静かですが、近くに大きな川が流れているので音が気になる人は注意が必要です。

泊まるなら本館で。げんぶ館（旧館）には泊まるべからず。

げんぶ館の２０８号室にチェックインしました。部屋に入った瞬間、外のうるさいのが嫌でした。最初は外を流れている川にある堰の音だと思いました。そこで部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、６０００円アップで同じ並びにある２１７号室に移れるとの事でしたがそこも若干静かではあるが堰の音が聞こえます。６０００円出して変更するだけの価値がないと思い２０８号室で我慢しました。しかし、２２時頃寝ようとしましたが音がうるさくしかも横になると振動も感じられます。部屋の外の館全体の空調の音の様でした。多分旅館の人は最初から堰の音だけでないことは承知しているはずです。フロントの方に来ていただき静かにならないかと話したところ、無料で本館の６２６号室に変更してくれました。この部屋はとても静かで快適でした。チェックインの時に夕食の飲み物のリクエストを聞かれていたのに夕食の配膳は要領が悪くとても遅いです。また、器に食べ物の汁が飛んで付いていたり、旅館なのに朝食がパンであったり、あまり良い印象は受けませんでした。なお、wi/fiは使えません。さらに、チェックアウト時、夕食のビールの支払いが安いプランで宿泊したと言う事でカードが使えませんでした。

スタッフはみんな親切でよかった。 部屋は禁煙ルームがないということだったが残念だった。 実際の部屋はタバコの臭いはしないが げんぶ館だったためかカビ臭い感じがした。 夜は気づかなかったけど、朝　部屋に小さな虫が１０匹はいた。 ふたりで2食付二万円は安いのでその辺はしょうがないのかな？ 温泉内の脱衣所や浴室内に飲用水の設置がなかったためボトルの水を自分で持っていく必要があるが知らなかったので 脱水になりそうで長風呂できなかったのが残念だった。

Friendly staff and well managed Japanese ryokan

Sansatei is just perfect for the stay. Definitely will be back whenever I go to Tohoku area. Perfect location for rent-a-car trip. Surroundings are very peaceful and have a couple of local Japanese pubs. As I told at check-out, I will be back here with my parents. Breakfast & Dinner service is absolutely perfect. Very yummy & clean foods. Thanks a lot for your business.
