Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. To be honest I was planning to just check-in drop my bags and head out in search of another place. The staff also, could not speak English. My drive from the airport was my saving grace who was there with us and interpreting to them what we were saying, This was the worst experience ever. I was force to make another reservation online immediately especially since the could no longer drop off my bags in search of another hotel.
