Where we disappointed from you because that you are suggesting to book to our neighbour and what you have mentioned above is not corresponding the reality. All that you have write about the distance and spending time to reach other place is the same of our neighbour. In our Resort we have 3 Restaurant plus one on request to organize special dinners and for sure you don't experience of being without choices. All the prices that you show are in line and sometime less, compare to the competitor. The pool towel all round the world are quote and in many place they ask you to leave the deposit. Personally I am at disposal of our estimated Guest 24 hour a day but in all this time you didn't complain. Dear Bjorn, Your review is highly appreciated.Though we are slightly buffed that you didn't address any of this while at the resort. You complained about the mattress that was changed the following day as we use orthopedic mattresses to help people with back problems. About the orders coming up wrong we wish you would have addresses this to the management. We have a beach when its low tides and we advise all our guests to use the local beach which is 500 meter walk out of the resort. We have three restaurants as the third is only available with reservations. You were provided with our daily activity list and invitation to the do those activities but you would always walk away when our guest relation manager would try ti talk to you. Our resort was designed mainly for people who are looking to relax and gate away from the urban craziness may be it was not a perfect place for young stars who would like to me completely wasted on new years eve.

Dear Madam, first of all a big hug to your lovely daughter.... At our reception we have exchange currency, there is also post up to reception's desk. A/C: every day the maintenance staff came in your Executive bungalow in order to check it that ALWAYS was at 16 C, the coldest temperature and fan at 5, the fastest option, we are really apologize is according to your opinion your room was too hot! We have a public beach a few steps outside our resort, 5 private beaches inside the hotel and with low tide appear the beach in front of our cliff. Zanzibar is a new touristic geographical area, only less than 10 years ago the first guests arrive in the island. Our guys are improving their working skill day by day, the life here in the island run under the POLE POLE way. We cannot expect the so fast and perfect service as we used to find in Europe, Usa or Uae, anyway we try to do our best. The power in Zanzibar is a problem but we avoid with our own generator: probably you stayed maximum 2 hours without power because our generator was under maintenance, as we do once a month. As you checked in Expedia, we have different category of rooms, from Deluxe to Luxury Villa, with different prices in order to let guests free to choose that more suitable for their needs.
