We like it here. Clean, quiet, friendly and professional staff. Pool was decent size enough for my kids to play and enjoy. Some items could use TLC but overall comfortable, I could come back with my family.

Needs better customer service
Reception people need to learn to be equally friendly to EVERY guest. The forst giy at the desk was listening to something on his phone and did not greet me or aknowledge me until minutes later.

it would be excellent if they were located in a place near downtown or near anything but its a bit far. it didn’t have a mini fridge so don’t expect that. and its clean but not so much. there were a few shaved hairs on the sink and for some reason I think the covers weren’t washed

Got room with broken AC, complained 3 times, finally given another room from bad attitude Jackeylen, have stayed here before, breakfast is barley eatable, yellow water so you have to use bottled water, to brush your teeth, got 2 nights this time, left at night because new room AC was weak, it was not hot but rooms seam to be very hot, so AC is a must. Hotel is far from the city so there is better options in the city.

I stayed here for roughly a week. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. They made the experience truly great. The rooms where great. The only complaint I have is the beds are very hard. I personally didn’t sleep that great there, but my girlfriend slept a good. So I guess that comes down to preference. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add a small safe to each hotel room. That was something I was surprised to not see. I also wish there was a hot tub by the pool, but that isn’t very important. Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay here. Great breakfast in the morning. The cleaning staff was super trustworthy, I would leave them a tip on the bed each day, and they wouldn’t take it. I had to physically give them it, and give them permission to take the tip. Thank you for the great experience!

I asked front desk, cleaning lady, cleaning lady even asked me sign, that my room wouldn’t be cleaned, I high risk for COVID, I don’t get why Mexican hotels insist on cleaning rooms???? When the risk of COVID is really high. In Mexico do not disturb sign means nothing.

Over all GREAT place to stay
If you're traveling and want to avoid entering the city this is the perfect place to stay. Very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet too. For sure you'll get a good night's rest. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling around this area.

I booked twice, since in the middle of our trip we went to Patzcuaro and rented a cabin out there. The first time customer service was amazing! We were very pleased with the staff, and the facility. Unfortunately, on our second stay, we had a terrible experience at the check-in. I did the booking on my name, and since my grandma was tired and wanted to rest, I wanted to let them know she was on her way and I will be there later that night. I called 16 times in an hor and they nevet answered. Eventually my grandma and my uncle got there and they told them there was no reservation on my name. I sent them a print screen of my expedia confirmation and they insisted that booking was not valid. Then I sent a print screen of the bank charge on my card, and when I was going to call expedia, they admitted they did not have a 2 full bed bedroom available, and they wanted to charge us for a bigger bedroom. Eventually they gave us a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed, but it took over an our for my family to get to the room. In addition to this, (an per my uncle and grandma comments) girl at the desk was very rude. We know most hotels overbooked, but I think there’s no excuse for a bad customer service! This girl cost my rating 1 star; but the rest of the staff was incredile and otherwise I would’ve rated this hotel 5 stars

Great business hotel!
Relatively new property. I have stayed with this chain in other cities around Mexico and they are extremely consistent. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Good sleep quality (queen bed). breakfast was more than adequate with a decent selection. Free safe parking was a plus. The immediate surrounding area is very industrial. Very new shopping center to the north @ 1 km. with a large selection of stores and a few restaurants. To the south is downtown at about 4 km. Road is being repaired so its a bit cumbersome to move around on in the short term. Enjoy your stay!

Very nice hotel, but a bit distant
This hotel is new and nicely put together. The rooms were quiet, tastefully decorated and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Internet worked as it should, too. The concern is that the hotel is little bit distant from the central part of Zamora, about 15 to 20 minutes. It's not far, but it is slow. Also, taxis take a long time to arrive so order one with the front desk well in advance. Sometimes there is a hote shuttle service, which is excellent.
