"We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The signature rooms was very nice with a queen size bed, double rainfall showers/sinks and a outside porch where you can watch the wildlife walk by. One thing to consider is the showers/bath are open concept so its kinda like you are bathing in the open room with just a small partition separating from the bed (not an issue for me as I was staying alone). The shuttle was very convenient to get to the falls and other areas in town. If you are going somewhere that is not on the shuttle stop just let the driver know and they will accommodate. The pool area/bar was really nice although the water was too cold for me. We only had a chance to eat the breakfast here and it was 10/10. I got the French toast. I also got a massage at the spa and it was easily one of the best massages I ever received (and I get massages monthly). The prices were super cheap as well compared to the US. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. "

"The road to the property is too steep the last bit of it and terrible with potholes, it was a surprise small cars will struggle. The staff was pleasant and helpful. "

"We enjoyed our stay! Location is everything, there are several restaurants within walking distance. We liked eating at Three Monkeys and the Smokehouse. Victoria Falls is also within walking distance. Our room was small but very clean. I would definitely stay again here when we come back!! "

"I loved my stay at Lake Safari Lodge. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice seating area outside with great views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful- full of flowers and trees and with lots of seating from where you can admire different views of the lake. The view from the infinity pool is stunning. Lovely buffet breakfast with a great selection - the fruit platter is a work of art ! But most of all it was the friendliness of the staff which made my stay. From the owner to the waiting staff everyone made me feel welcome which is particularly appreciated when you are a solo traveller. Thank you all . "

"September 2024. What a wonderful gem of a place! I was impressed with the beautiful rooms, and the incredible self-catering utilities available to us. The host who greeted me on my arrival was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The property is very safe and secure with locked gate, and undercover parking, so my vehicle was out of the hot sun! Stunning views of the sunset over Lake Kariba, and a beautiful, clean swimming pool. What I particularly appreciated was that one could also access the communal lounge, dining area, and kitchen through an internal locked door leading from the room. The huge kitchen was spotless and had everything you need for cooking, cleaning, etc. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
