"I have a mostly positive experience with the hotel until I encounter a front desk personnel name Queen, close to the end of our stay. When I checked in, the front desk guy only asked for my ID and credit card, it was fast and easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we felt safe and secured as we were shown to our room at the tower 2 seeing how they have a 24/7 security for that building and cctv. We stayed for a 5 days, supposedly 6 days but was checked out on the 5th day. I booked 2 additional rooms (family suite) and invited my family so I can spend more time with them before we head back home. That was when I first encounter Queen. She made the check in process more difficult, asked to send her an email with the confirmation, I told her I'm already a guess at the hotel and was not asked that when I first checked in earlier in the week. She won't budge even if I showed her the confirmation from my phone, so I did what she wanted. When she handed me the room keys, that was the only time she smiled during our interaction, and it made me wonder why. When we got to the room, I understood why. One of the room she gave stinks. It smells like urine. When I checked out my family the next day, front desk assured me that she only checked out the 2 rooms but to my surprised, I was checked out, too, in the afternoon. I asked to be extended but Queen told me to try a motel outside clark, instead. It felt like she was on a power trip. Hail to the Queen!"
