Great hotel, the rooms were modern and clean, with perfect location. The main attractions were within walking distance, and close to shops and restaurants.
Very good breakfast with great choice of hot food, pastries and fruit.
Would recommend this hotel. Very happy.

The location of the hotel was excellent near the metro near the buses. You could walk to the Royal Palace to the park even you could walk to the Plaza Mayor. The location was excellent super clean. The staff super friendly also kudos to the breakfast that was included very well organize super big space you have space to sit and walk great buffet really recommend this place. The hotel is very clean. The room was excellent with a great view of the plaza. España very clean. We had a room with a big California king size bed and since we have a third person with us that prepared a sofa, bed was already prepared for that third person. The beds were very comfortable. The room temperature was great. You can adjust it. I have no complaints I really had a great time.

Overall the apartment has a great layout, tons of storage.
One concern I have about unit #201 specifically are the bathrooms. Each bathroom has a window that faces into the back area of the building. Neither window has a privacy film or curtain to obscure individuals in the near by hotel stairwell from looking in (and recording).
