Villa Eliothea is an architect-designed private residence set in a tranquil hillside location on the southern coast of Zakynthos, overlooking the celebrated Laganas Bay and surrounded by unspoilt natural beauty. Positioned approximately 1.5 km from the sandy beaches of Kalamaki and Laganas, the villa sits within the protected marine park renowned as one of the Mediterranean’s most important nesting grounds for Caretta Caretta turtles, offering a rare combination of privacy, scenery and proximity to the coast.



Spread across approximately 270 square metres, Villa Eliothea has been thoughtfully designed to provide generous indoor and outdoor living. The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four elegant double bedrooms, each offering comfort, privacy and calming views, complemented by five modern bathrooms. The spacious living area and family spaces are finished to a high standard and flow seamlessly into the outdoor terraces, while the elevated position of the property ensures uninterrupted views across the bay, countryside and surrounding landscape.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea views, a sun terrace with comfortable seating, shaded dining areas and a landscaped garden ideal for relaxation throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and washing facilities, allowing for effortless self-catering, while air conditioning, soundproofing, Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions and private parking add to the overall comfort of the stay. Barbecue facilities are also available for informal outdoor dining.



Villa Eliothea is located approximately 2 km from Zakynthos International Airport and is within easy reach of local attractions including Archelon, the Sea Turtle Protection Society, and Caretta’s Fun Park Centre, making it an excellent base for families and couples alike. The villa is offered on a self-catered basis, with no permanent on-site staff, ensuring complete privacy; however, assistance can be arranged locally should guests require support during their stay.



There are no additional mandatory charges included in the rental price. A refundable damage deposit of up to €1,000 may be requested after check-out should any damage be identified, in line with the property’s damage policy. Cots for children aged 0–2 years are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability, while extra beds are not available. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
