The spacious layout across three levels and the cozy ambiance make it perfect for a carefree and enjoyable stay.
Novel villa, 190 sq.m., accommodates up to 10 guests, plus 4 additional guests on sofa-beds. The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa-bed, one bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed each, while one bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor offers a second kitchen, sitting area, and an additional sofa-bed for two more guests. The attic features one bathroom and three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two with en-suite bathrooms. In total: 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
***The resilience fee of 15 Euros per night is paid upon arrival with cash ***
***According to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 300 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests. The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property.
