Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Struttura non pronta ad accogliere ospiti. Siamo stati 12 giorni e dal primo giorno non andava il condizionatore non c'era la luce in bagno, non si apriva la cassetta di sicurezza e pur avendo fatto presente tutto subito, siamo venuti via che non era stato sistemato nulla. Il titolare faceva finta di non capire o di aver dimenticato... Non dico tanto ma almeno scusarsi....a dimenticavo siamo rimasti anche senza acqua calda... E tornata dopo 2 ore... Siamo rimasti lì solo perché eravamo praticamente fuori tutto il giorno dalla struttura e quindi li solo per dormire....
