Another great stay at Karras Grande Stayed bb this time.plenty to choose from. We were upgraded on arrival Very much appreciated. All staff pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel advertises a sauna, but you cannot use it due to the refurbishment. The floor in the room was full of stains and full of hair in the batbroom. Definitely hasn't been cleaned.

We stayed for 2 nights at Karras Hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on resting and enjoying their room & amenities. Our room had several issues: - water from the main drain in the bathroom was constantly backfilling after showers and flooding not only the bathroom but also our room. We had to move our things around and put down towels to prevent the water from ruining our things. - leaking pipping under the sink, all our towels were wet with dirty water - phone in room not working - supporting mirror in bathroom loosely fixed to the wall, can easily fall and hurt someone or break the main mirror We notified the staff of some of these issues during our stay, we could only temporarily have another room to shower and come back to our original room. When we checked out we notified the staff of all these issues and they didn’t write down any of these problems. The only positives: - price point - location

Perhaps my expectations are too high. AC hardly worked, when it did it had to be on Max and was LOUD, room floor was dirty, shower wouldn’t close, basin leaked, shower gel dispenser wouldn’t stay on the wall, shower head done whatever it wanted, water was salty(!!!!), there was a safe with no access to it, bed was hard, pillows were either like a rock or like a sponge, iron had no ironing board, bathroom drains smelt of eggs. Only good thing was the gent at reception with glasses, very approachable and kind.

Stayed here August 24. Had the surprise of 49 euro resort tax for being a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t say it was 4 star, more like 3 at a push. The hotel is located on the edge of town. I stayed here bed and breakfast but I wouldn’t do that again as you have to wear wrist band anyway and it’s not nice being around the pool watching everyone get inclusive drinks and general prices of 16 euro per 2 drinks is expensive. Staff quite rude and not helpful, I.e had to complete all check in paperwork by self. Pool table not level and has queues with no tips. Pool is shaded in morning and late afternoon. Good luck getting beds as it’s allowed to put towels out very early here. At breakfast had to wait for tables to become free and also very crowded. Had to wait for cups and plates to be cleaned as well as fresh food being brought out.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre, ce qui a largement contribué à un séjour agréable. Un grand merci à Liliana, la femme de chambre, toujours souriante, polie et très professionnelle. Grâce à elle, la chambre était impeccablement entretenue chaque jour. Les espaces communs de l’hôtel étaient également bien tenus et agréables. Le petit-déjeuner, bien que minimaliste, couvrait les essentiels sans offrir de variété particulière. Un accueil plus chaleureux et souriant de la part du personnel aurait certainement amélioré l’expérience globale. Enfin, il est important de noter que certains autres clients manquaient parfois de courtoisie ou de discrétion, ce qui peut nuire à l’ambiance générale. Bien que cela ne soit pas directement imputable à l’établissement, cela influe tout de même sur la qualité perçue du séjour. Dans l’ensemble, un établissement convenable, propre et fonctionnel, avec une marge d’amélioration du côté de l’accueil et de l’atmosphère générale.

It was a lovely central place to stay extremely clean and friendly .food was really good .the only thing i could say is night time entertainment could be better.this is not a critisim just a friendly comment .would most certainly be going back and recomend the hotel to friends .we are going back in september

Nice looking hotel, Good facilities However maintenance issues let it down. Shower not workung correctly temperature hot and cold. Toilet not flushing properly. Hairdryer cutting out every 30 seconds. Minor repairs that could be easily rectified but seem to be ignored.
