  • First floor apartment, on two levels and with exposed beams:
    - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, large refrigerator and various electrical appliances)
    - Sitting room (possibility to add two extra beds)
    - 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds)
    - 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with the washing machine
    - Large terrace with sea view.

    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, iron, washing machine, television and hairdryer. It is equipped with sheets and towels and offers comfort and well-kept furniture.
    Next to the apartment there is our mini market where you will find food, drinks but also souvenirs etc ...
    You can spend the evening in our barbecue area or go to the nearest tavern which is only 30 meters from us.

    In the building we have only 3 apartments for tourists.

Schöne Lage mit Meerblick!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und die Besitzerin sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Terasse hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Für 4 Erwachsene ist die Unterkunft zwar etwas eng, aber trotzdem völlig ausreichend.

Eravamo 2 famiglie con 2 bimbi di 1 anno, al momento della prenotazione non ci è stato specificato che le camere erano 1 matrimoniale ed 1 doppia (nella descrizione inizialmente c'era scritto camere matrimoniali o doppie). Avevamo richiesto 2 culle per i bimbi, all'arrivo troviamo i lettini da campeggio ma senza materassi quindi non è stato possibile utilizzarli. Per 2 notti è stato impossibile dormire con i bambini nei letti (il matrimoniale era in realtà una piazza e mezza ed i 2 letti della camera doppia non si riuscivano ad unire del tutto). Il 3° giorno arrivano finalmente i materassini per le 2 culle. Anna e Michela sono state comunque sempre gentili e disponibili, abbiamo richiesto una riduzione per i disservizi avuti e dopo alcune chiamate ci confermano una piccola riduzione che comunque accettiamo con piacere. Il giorno della partenza dovevamo incontrare Anna al suo supermarket accanto all'appartamento ma, non trovando lei, il marito ci dice che potevamo lasciare tutto a lui che però sosteneva di non sapere nulla della riduzione concordata e ci ha trattati malamente dicendoci che l'appartamento non era di Michela né di Anna bensì suo e che non c'era stato alcun problema nel nostro soggiorno. Alla fine ha preso il saldo piuttosto infastidito trattandoci come se volessimo fare i furbi. Ci è dispiaciuto questo trattamento da una persona che oltretutto non avevamo mai incontrato prima, sia in fase della prenotazione che durante tutto il soggiorno avevamo sempre parlato con Michela e Anna. Per quanto riguarda la casa: Posizione ottima e tranquilla, molto carino e ben curato l'esterno.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und extrem gastfreundliche Vermieter

Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für 4 junge Leute, mit ausreichendem Platz für alle. Auch die Versorgung war gewährleistet im Supermarkt hat nichts gefehlt. Wir sind von den Vermietern familiär empfangen worden. Sie standen uns mit Tipps für den Alltag immer zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Strand in der Nähe der Wohnung der ganz okay ist. Wir hatten alles was wir für einen wunderschönen Ulruab brauchten. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Anna und Steve für die tolle Woche. Wir können diese Unterkunt zu 100% jedem weiterempfehlen.

An unbelievable affordable home convenient to several tourist destinations!

Anna's home was absolutely lovely! She was very helpful from the moment we landed on the island, to showing us around the home to make sure everything was okay. The house is within walking distance to the most amazing restaurant that my fiance' and I ate at twice while we stayed. The house is directly adjacent to a convenient store owned by the home owner which had several items we needed during our stay. The views from the balcony were incredible, and the air conditioning provided a cool respite from traveling during the hot summer days. I cannot say enough good things about this home. If you are thinking about renting here, BOOK IT before it gets taken by someone else!!!

Ottimo appartamento

Eravamo un gruppo di sei persone. L'appartamento era molto bello e confortevole, costituito da due piani, un ampio e soleggiato soggiorno con cucina, due terrazze di cui una con tavolo da pranzo e un bagno al pian terreno e due camere, un bagno ed un terrazzo al piano superiore. Anna, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e disponibile così come Michela, a cui avevamo scritto per la prenotazione e che ci ha dato informazioni utili anche durante la vacanza. La casa si trova in.una zona molto tranquilla immersa nella campagna, ma a cinque minuti di macchina dal mare e da Laganas, città vivace e piena di attrattive. Se si dispone di un mezzo è possibile fare il giro di tutta l'isola. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, torneremmo volentieri!

Fenomenale!!!

Eravamo un gruppo di 4 ragazzi tra i 26 e i 28 anni ed abbiamo soggiornato presso gli appartamenti Anna. Come ho scritto nel titolo è stato un alloggio favoloso. La casa è divisa in 4 appartamenti, dei quali quelli al superiori si sviluppano su 2 piani: zona notte al piano superiore e zona giorno a quello inferiore. 2 bagni, uno con doccia e uno con lavatrice e tutto l'occorrente per fare il bucato. Presenti inoltre non uno, bensì due balconi, uno, il più ampio, arredato con tavoli e sedie per la consumazione dei pasti. Spazio esterno molto ampio, con spazio per le auto, ampio giardino circondariale, e griglia a muro a disposizione di tutti. La proprietaria, Anna, che lavora nel market a pochi passi dalla casa, è una persona FANTASTICA, disponibile, servizievole e veramente gentilissima!!! Beh, se tornerò a Zante, di sicuro tornerò agli APPARTAMENTI ANNA!

La casa di Anna in Zante

Zante - La casa di Anna - Luglio e agosto 2015 Zante è stupenda e la casa di Anna che ci ha ospitati (2 adulti e 2 bambini), zona Laganas, è stata fantastica! Nuova, grande, pulitissima, ben organizzata e per tutti e 4 veramente comoda; per non parlare del giardino immerso in un giardino di ulivi meravigliso! in aggiunta, Anna e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati con noi sempre estremamente cortesi e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra curiostà ed esigenza. Trascorse due splendide settimane

La casa è molto carina e funzionale. Si trova a 3/4 minuti d'auto da Laganas in una posizione tranquilla. E' a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di porto Koukla e Agios Sostis . Dalle verande si domina tutta la il golfo di Laganas fino alla punta di Gerakas. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono ottime taverne , tra queste da non perdere El Greco , Bouganville e Olè Olè , facilmente raggiungibili tramite le indicazioni stradali. La casa è di recente costruzione e pulita. Due volte a settimana la proprietà provvedeva alle pulizie e al cambio della biancheria. I proprietari che gestiscono un minimarket, proprio sotto la casa, si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissima!!!

Bellissima Vacanza da Anna's apartment a Zante

Zante, davvero un'isola meravigliosa, dove sebbene non sia la più caratteristica delle isole Greche si respira un'area di pace e festa. La nostra vacanza, 4 adulti e due bambine, è stata ancora più piacevole per la posizione della casa e la disponibilità del giardino antistante, la presenta della lavatrice è stata molto utile, certo in 6 sarebbe stato meglio avere anche un secondo bagno. Il supermarket e la taverna vardiola nelle immediate vicinanze sono un valore aggiunto così come la vicinanza a Laganas (luogo di movida giovanile ) ed alla città di Zante (centro nevralgico dell'intera isola). Ovviamente è necessario un mezzo di trasporto. In conclusione la location e la bellezza della casa sono decisamente i punti a favore, oltre alla cordialità di Anna. E' stata una piacevole scoperta la pulizia di mezza settimana inclusa, meno il livello della pulizia iniziale complessiva di alcuni punti nascosti della casa. Spero di poterci ritornare.

Casa bellissima e accogliente

Bellissima vacanza, casa accogliente e pulitissima. Servizio fornito dai proprietari è stato ottimo, tutti molto gentili e disponibili in tutto. Situata vicino al mare e vicino alla strada principale, che porta a tante altre spiagge magnifiche; minimarket sotto casa molto attrezzato. Ristoranti molto buoni e carini vicino casa. Se un giorno dovessimo tornare a Zante sicuramente torneremo qui, lo consiglierei a chiunque!
