Coco Palm Beach Villas Complex featuring villas, suites and apartments opened its gates under our ownership in 2023!

Each private holiday home is differently decorated and recently renovated with all the amenities for relaxing moments!

We have gone the extra mile to create a home away from home for each guest! Just at a shortcut from the lively resort of Tsilivi the property offers Pool with sun beds and umbrellas, Prisitne gardens, Snack Bar and BBQ area for relaxing and memorable holidays!

A luxurious three bedroom suite with modern and spacious rooms as well as sea view awaits you.

The 160 sq.m suite is located on the first floor and offers luxurious facilities that will satisfy your every desire. It can accommodate up to 8 people and features 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms and two couches that convert to beds in the living room. Amongst the facilities there is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room.


Relax next to the private swimming pool or feel the smooth air, enjoying a cocktail in the garden next to the pool bar!

delux apartment

requested single beds in one of the rooms the host said they would do that but didn't get them, had to use the pull out bed in the living room so had to request extra bedding, there was nothing at all for us to do any cleaning, had to get the maintenance in as we had no hot water, and only one key so this was a problem if we went out in two groups, the site was not kept as clean as it was when we have previously stayed there, but saying that we like the apartment and the area it was in.

Uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke host die het complex en de bar runde. Mooi en groot appartement, we zaten in Coco palm deluxe. Het zwembad is wat klein maar je loopt in 5 min naar de zee. Er is ook regelmatig schoongemaakt, heerlijk. We hebben alleen de jacuzzi niet gebruikt omdat we de leidingen niet vertrouwden op legionella.
