The villa is two storey and measures 400sqm!
While entering you are settled in the spacious living area with a smart TV and a fireplace!
Next step and you are found in the kitchen area where dining facilities with another living area and fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and all utensils that will let you prepare your meals while having great pool views! The villa features a/c units in all stages!
On the ground floor the villa also features 1 bedroom with king size double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and bath (Jacuzzi) and walk in closet and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be amended in double bed configuration! A bathroom with shower is available next to the rooms! The luxurious stairs will lead you on the first floor where a spacious living area is found and a large veranda to enjoy the sunset while having a great meal or a refreshing cocktail!
In this stage another bedroom with 1 double or two single beds configuration and an en suite bathroom with shower gives you the privacy you need to spend some time together or apart from your family or friends!
The living area features a large sofa bed for 2 and a WC! A storage area with washing machine is also available!
The villa externally features pristine gardens with unbeatable views, private pool (12x4) built BBQ, sitting and dining areas, sun beds and umbrellas!
