Lovely hotel and great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant is a great option for dinner if you don’t want to venture into the town. Great quality, selection and portion sizes. The only issue we can think of was that the shower leaked but fresh bath mats were provided each day so not a huge problem. Thank you!

I'd like to come again and recommend the hotel
We travelled as a couple to this hotel and really loved it. I would like to make a special mention to Artur at the front desk who looked after us right from an early arrival to caring for our bags, organising a lunch pack for the next day and was just generally really friendly and helpful. The service he gave was a great start to our stay. We booked a room with a separate living area which was a good size. The wellness area of the hotel was quite small, but we found it very relaxing. There were lots of areas - sauna, steam room, hot tub, hang out in swing chairs and relax area with beach beds. The interior of the hotel was very tastefully done and everything looked brand new.

Hotel nowoczesny w stylu zakopiańskim. Widać, że inwestor nie szedł na żaden kompromis jeśli chodzi o wykończenie i wyposażenie. Bez problemu dostałem śniadanie przed uruchomieniem kuchni. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa.

The hotel itself is quite nice. There is a sauna & jacuzzi, but the 2 times we tried to go there it was no usable because it was too crowded. The restaurant/breakfast is also nice; the staff there didn't speak English well and didn't look very wellcoming so that was disappointing

Un établissement complet de belle qualité
Un excellent séjour dans un lieu charmant et impeccable. Le spa offre une vraie plus value le soir. Il manque un peu de services dans l'accueil pour réaliser des excursions mais le personnel est relativement aidant. Le restaurant est top, plats très généreux et petits déjeuners extra frais et variés. Merci !

Wspaniały hotel na uboczu Zakopanego. Doskonałe centrum spa, można na przyszłość dodać beczkę z zimną wodą z góry (jest balia stojąca z zimną wodą) :) pyszne śniadanie, mnóstwo potraw, ponadstandardowe. Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Jedyne nad czym obsługa powinna popracować to regulacja hydrauliki i przepływu wody pod prysznicem w pokoju (bardzo zimna lub gorąca). Na wyposażeniu pokoi pantofle i ręczniki.

Kjempe koselig Hotell. Hjelpsom og hyggelig. Reint å fint rom, god seng,flott bad. Kom litt stank opp av sluk på badet første dag,men forsvant etter jeg spylte. Sikkert ikke vert brukt så ofte da det var enkelt rom. 😉

Mieszane uczucia
Ogólnie hotel bardzo ładny i nowoczesny, a zarazem wpisujący się w stylistykę góralską. Pokoje również robią bardzo dobre wrażenie. Jedynie na minus wpływa działanie prysznica- nie ma możliwości ustalenia konkretnej temperatury wody, na zmianę leci albo gorąca albo zimna. Dużym problemem jest również ciśnienie wody. Dodatkowo talerz od deszczownicy zawieszony jest na wysokości ok.185 cmco sprawia, ze dla wyższych osób jest to duże utrudnienie. Bardzo źle oceniamy obiadokalcje. Były mało urozmaicone i po prostu niesmaczne, ich jakość pozostwiała wiele do życzenia. 3/4 dni obiadokolacja była podawana z bemarów, dlatego odradzamy wykupowanie tej opcji. Lepiej zjeść na mieście. Z hotelu nie ma żadnych widoków, więc jeśli ktoś od rana chce podziwiać panoramę Tatr przy kawie to hotel Gold nie będzie dla niego dobrym wyborem. Mimo zapewnionego miejsca parkingowego zdarzają się problemy z jego dostępnością. Ogólna ocena to 6/10.

Szanowna Pani Moniko. Dziękuję za wybór Gold Hotel **** oraz pozostawienie opinii. Sprawdzaliśmy po zgłoszeniu problemów z regulacją temperatury wody i poczyniliśmy wszelkie możliwe kroki, aby problem ustąpił. Bardzo przepraszam za zaistniałą sytuację. Jeżeli chodzi o obiadokolacje, zawsze Goście doceniają właśnie opcje bufetową. Dania w menu obiadokolacji muszą być przede wszystkim smaczne oraz uniwersalne, aby każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Przykro mi, że nie przypadły Państwu do gustu. Jeżeli Goście mają życzenie na serwowaną formę zawsze polecamy naszą restaurację Przy KominQ. Tutaj byłoby błędem iść do miasta na obiad, czy kolacje, mając na miejscu takie miejsce. Ze względu na bliskość Tatrzańskiego Parku Narodowego nie mamy widoku. Jesteśmy już przy górach, za blisko i za nisko na widok - jednak nie kryjemy naszej lokalizacji oraz brak widoków. Dziękuję raz jeszcze na wybór naszego obiektu i zapraszam serdecznie ponownie!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall auch wiederbuchen, wenn wir nach Zakopane kommen. Dinner war sehr lecker. Spa Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Das Hotelmanagement war sehr zuvorkommend uns bei unserem Problem der defekten Klimaanlage zu helfen. Wir bekamen 2 Tage später ein neues Zimmer mit sogar einem viel besseren Ausblick auf die Berge! Als Aufmerksamkeit erhielten wir den kompletten Spa-Bereich ab 22 Uhr privat füruns zur Verfügung. Sonderwünsche wie ein Geburtstagskuchen wurden auch sehr gern verwirklicht! Immer wieder gern! Vor allem ein großes Lob an die Küche: jedes Gericht war ein Gaumengenuss ohne Ende!!!!

Barátságos, kedves személyzet, kitűnő konyha. A reggeli nagyon választékos, bőséges, minőségi ételek, ízek, megismerhettük a lengyel ízeket is. Ebéd vacsora rendelés egyéni, bőséges és finom!!! Ízléses belső tér, nagyon sok igényes faborítás, hozzáillő világítással, kő burkolattal. Nappal használható a wifi, este katasztrofálisan lassú, 0,1- 6 kb/s.... Kiváló a szállás, jó a parkolás, sajnos egy kicsit hallatszik a fő út jármű forgalma.

Wielkanocny pobyt.
Super Wielkanocny 10-dniowy pobyt. Cisza, spokój, pyszne jedzenie. Komfortowy wypoczynek z Rodziną. Lokalizacja Hotelu świetna. Codzienne spacery po okolicy. Pogoda nam dopisała, było ciepło i słonecznie. Polecam w 100%.

Świetne miejsce! Bardzo ładny hotel w środku i na zewnątrz. Dbałość o szczegóły w restauracji robi wrażenie. Jedzenie rewelacja!!! Chyba nigdy nie spotkałem się z tak smacznymi, ładnie podanymi obiado-kolacjami. Obsługa w restauracji (szczególnie kobieca) przemiła. Pokój ładny i przestronny z balkonem (premium). Strefa wellness i spa bardzo klimatyczna i pięknie wykończona. Dodatkowo bardzo blisko do oślich łączek na Nosalu.

Geen ster teveel, prima hotel
Prima hotel, vrij recent gebouwd alles netjes voor elkaar. Parkeren was geen probleem en gratis. Het hotel is mooi en sfeervol ingericht. Ik had een uitstekende kamer met badkamer, een goed bed met stevige maar heerlijke matrassen. Verder is er een spa, vrij toegankelijk en open tot 22.00. De ruimtes zijn schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Het restaurant is goed, uitstekend gegeten met een goede service. Het ontbijt start pas om 8.00, vrij laat dus, maar wel erg goed. Vers brood, zalm etc. Dit hotel is zeker zijn sterren waard.
