Definitely avoid if you're a non-smoker.
We arrived in the room and were immediately met with a very strong smell of cigarettes. As non-smokers, it was unbearable for us and we had to leave and book a room elsewhere. The room was falsely advertised as non-smoking, so be aware! Additionally, the cooking hob and the dishwasher were both broken. After advising the owner of the smell and leaving the room how we found it, we were outright refused a refund by them. Very disappointed.

Great location. The apartment was central which meant we could easily get back to escape the extreme heat when needed. Air con worked and was a much needed relief for our 5 year old. Wi-fi also worked which made him happy too. We were able to get fresh towels and linen when we needed to as well.

Apartments are centrally located right in the heart of the City. Our group agreed hat we could live months comfortably in the two apartments we rented. Restaurants & cafe's everywhere! One note is to contact Tesla prior to arrival to coordinate check-in.

Small apartment in the main city
Apartment was within city area. However there were no parking lots nearby so bringing your luggages around can be challenging. Host was very helpful.

Great location and convenient to city center I would recommend the water temperature be fixed Someone could get scalded since the water temperature changes while using the shower and also clean the bathroom vent so dirty you having dirt accumulating in masses

nice apt stay in Zagreb
The apt is very comfortable and outfitted with all you need including a toaster. It is well situated in the city center just two short blocks from the main square. From there it is very easy to walk everywhere to see the sights. There are lits of restaurants all around it. One just should know there are 2 sets of stairs to go up/down. You need to arrange to meet a staff person for checkin and to help you settle in tho instructions can also be sent to access the apt.

The apartment was very modern and comfortable. It was located right in the middle of shopping and dining pedestrian zone-perfect! Jelena was wonderful. She gave us great directions to the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this property is superb - walking distance to most everything a visitor hopes to see in Zagreb, and numerous restaurants and cafes right outside the door. No elevator, so stairs are involved. Close the window at night as rhe garbage collectors come through noisily down the street about 1:00 a.m. Overall we loved it.

It was beautiful... a little bit on the small side but every bit used well .... lots of room to store bags.... would have been nice if there were a couple of tea bags / instant coffee. Location fabulous as you can easily see everything in lower and upper town with a short walk and the trams cheap and convenient to get anywhere else. Lots of eating options nearby no matter what your budget. Be prepared to get on wifi and track down last minute instructions as to exact location and how to let yourself in. This can be a challenge if you are jet legged and missed flight connections as we did

The place was so clean, very spacious and close to the city center. The owner gave us very clear instructions with pictures so we could find it easily. Considering that we booked the place on the exact same day that we were checking in, everything went smoothly and we will definitely stay with them again!

Perfect place for family
The place is right next to the busy promenade and walking distance to several tourist attraction. Surrounded by various restaurants and market place. A perfect place for a family who wants to explore the city and then relax in cozy bed or nearby restaurant with good food and wine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tesla Boutique Apartments! The location is ideal as it is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping and historical places. Overall the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. If we are ever in Zagreb, we will definitely stay there!

Perfect location
The apartment was lovely and perfectly situated with plenty of restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The kitchen was well stocked so you could easily cook instead of eating out. The air conditioning was ok in the 28 degree heat, but may struggle on a hotter day. Luggage storage came in handy on our last day. Overall, we would stay again.

Good location, could be cleaner
Good location in the middle of Zagreb (far walk from train, cheap Uber). The toilet and refrigerator weren't clean, everything else was. Bed was comfortable. Had to go through multiple steps to get in contact with staff, but once connected with the right person for that location she responded quickly.

The location is in the middle of all the action, so everything is easy to walk to. The room was very clean and probably had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, which is something really important to me. Stay here!

Nice place with a big caveat
The apartment was very nice, although the bathroom is quite small. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the town. There was no service during our two-night stay; not a big deal, really. Maybe I missed the info in the fine print. The big caveat I mention in the title is the AC, which was completely overwhelmed during what seemed like a never-ending heat wave. This made the place a lot less comfortable than it would be otherwise.

This was a good sized room that was nicely renovated. The bathroom was done well too. The room was quiet. Check-in was quick and easy. Location seemed good to me for sightseeing, being a block or two from the main square. There’s a taxi stand one block away too. I’d stay here again.

Very nice and clean apartments close to the major attractions. The only drawback was the air conditioning, not able to create a comfortable room temperature even though we had it set up at the lowest possible temperature. (And I am not an air conditioning freak).
