The apartments are centrally located to so many things! The tram runs right past the front of the building too. The only drawback for us was the number of stairs as my elderly mother traveled with us and we had to carry her luggage up.

I stayed a full 15 days here, partly working and vacationing. Everything went well, except for a few hours in which the property ran out of Internet, but Izak was super helpful and even got me a temporary hotspot to work with. He was very quick to respond and overall a very good host. I'll definitely stay here again.

The picture is not accurate to the room. At least the room we stayed in. But it is a very great spot nonetheless! It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and was in a great spot.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this accommodation as check in and organization of our room was very poor. Toilet seat was broken in the first room assigned to us. It was not the room we booked and had to switch rooms the next day.

Je ne peux rien dire sur cet appartement! On ne la pas eu! Quel surprise d'apprendre par téléphone qu'on a pas l'appartement! car on devais contacter le responsable a notre arrivée!! Alors nous sommes dans la rue et on nous dit, on a louer a celui qui est sur place pour 1 nuit de plus!!! On a eu une autre apart tres petit / toilette largeur de mes epaules,sans balcon / sans parler quon a perdu 2h30 a attendre et mauvais adresse etc et la Hotels ne veut pas nous dedommager! Il moffre 15% Jai payé 145$ et je suis client gold!! Wow Bravo On est client avec Hotels depuis des années, on prend ce service pour ne pas avoir a gerer ces problèmes!! On me répond! Nous devons contacté l'établissement si il veule nous rembourser!! Ben voyons donc! Je fais affaire avec qui!! Hotels Alors c'est à eux de prendre les responsabilités! Très très déçu Et J'oublie de parler de notre location à Split/ appartement que je choisis avec air climatiser A peine arrivée, quel désappointement de constater que l'air conditionné au mur ne fonctionne pas! un autre petit sur roulette qui donne air chaud et un fan dans un minuscule apartement ou il fait 30 degré/ photo prise Quel comfort pour 2 jrs et demi!! Remboursement de 50$ Youppi!! Ce n'est pas dans nos habitudes de nous plaindre! Tant que ca respecte les informations sur le site et le pointage qu'on à choisis!! Rien de plus! Rien de moins!

Zentral aber sehr einfach und laut

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern und liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt, keine zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet und direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Fenster öffnen war wegen der Lautstärke und Abgasen leider nicht möglich. Dazu hatte ein Vormieter drinnen geraucht und das hat man stark wahrgenommen. Dazu waren aktuell noch Baumaßnahmen am laufen und es gab nachts kein Licht im Eingang

Good apartment in the center

Списались с владельцем по воцапу, он дал квартиру не та что на фото, и другая локация, но тоже центр. Мне локация оч понравилась, остановка рядом, кофейни, магазины, выпечка. Окна выходиди на улицу - приятный вид. В номере все ок, чайник есть, кухня. Их минусов только то что подниматься по лестнице ( ну это старый дом) и неудобная подушка - высокая. Кондиционер работал отлично! Разрешили высадиться позже времени. Фен нужно заранее попросить, иначе в номере его нет.

Está bien ubicado en el centro y bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad con tranvía. El apartamento está bien, sencillo y cómodo Estaría bien que tuviese persiana en la ventana para poder oscurecerlo más. Buena comunicación y facilidades por parte de la propiedad. Me resultó un poco raro que me pidiesen que dejase 1,50 € por persona antes de irme como impuesto institucional, creo que estaría bien que lo incluyesen directamente en el precio.

Värden Ivan var väldigt vänlig och snabb med att svara och gav tydlig information. Tack Ivan! Tyvärr var boendet inte som på bilderna och det var väldigt tunna väggar så man hörde verkligen allt som hände i grannrummen. Ingen ljudisolering alls som det angavs i beskrivning. Vi tyckte inte det var viktigt vid bokningen men efter denna upplevelsen så kommer det vara viktigare.. Det var ljud hela tiden. Det luktade även rök i rummet trots att det var rökning förbjuden i och utanför lägenheten.

Izak was great. Easy to communicate with, easy stay. Well run, well organized. Competent manager. Renovated property, super comfortable, nice bathroom, a a cute little kitchen to come with.

This apartment was comfortable, but I am getting sick of properties saying that they have fitness facilities (or airport transfers) when they don’t. After arriving and inquiring about the facilities, I was told that they thought there was a gym in the building next door, but that one would need to pay. I went over there and could find nothing. This is misrepresentation and needs to stop.

The apartment itself was lovely however the surrounding area was quite out of the way and I probably wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you were travelling alone.
