Nice Surprise on the outskirts of Zagreb

We stayed here overnight on a recent trip across Europe because our usual hotel in Zagreb was fully booked. What a nice surprise this was, the only downside was the lack of a lift as my wife is disabled but we managed the stairs very slowly.

Expedia and the hotel need to do a better job of letting customers know where the hotel is. Jarun is a neighborhood in Zagreb and the hotel is definitely not in that location.

Near airport

Croatia have many apartment, we checked in here cuz hotel have much longer check in time. Near airport, have free and easy parking lot thats why i choose here but, first. Room have sofa, someone broken glasses, there was remain piece of broken glasses, if i didnt notice,must be have injury. Saw two piece of glasses, very shape on the sofa. And i felt cold, pull out thicker blanket on closet, there was someone’s blood mark. Even the mark was so big, dont understand housekeeper cant notice this. Went to frontdesk, but he housekeeper complain and she said something croatian speak, i didnt understand then she said in english, my blanket big enough 2person, she dont want me use extra blanket but i said we need cuz feel cold. She continue complain, that was bad memories with they charging my credit card breakfast fee without agreement. (After blanket problem, they give it back the fee) Never recommend here

vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada di Zagabria. Ben insonorizzato, piacevole nel complesso. Camere un po' piccole (solo alcune, dipende quale danno), pulite, essenziali. va bene per una o due notti di passaggio. Ristorante di buona qualità, cibo buono, sano. prezzo contenuto.

BED BUGS!!

The morning after we left this hotel I was covered in approximately 20 bug bites that turned into large red welts. They were itchy and oozed with puss. The room was not clean and what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, had a strong smell of smoke, especially from the mattress. The breakfast was excellent except for the coffee which came from a machine that seemed like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I will be contacting the hotel directly and expect a full refund. As a matter of public health, the management needs to be aware of the bed bug issue.

Super ophold.

Vi har haft et virkeligt godt ophold på Hotel Galerija, alt var i top, og servicen fra de søde medarbejdere er nok det bedste vi har fået nogensinde. Kan klart anbefales, hvis turen går til Zagreb. Mvh en meget tilfreds besøgende.

Alright value, close to highway

Close to highway if you are in transit. Free parking at the hotel and free WiFi but the WiFi did not work well. The room was clean but the mattress was terrible. Small but comfortable room. The receptionist was excellent and helpful.

A mi y a mi familia nos encanto el hotel. Pero sobre todo nos impresiono la calidad del servicio en el front desk. Muy amable, profesional, simpatica y con buen sentido del humor. Definitivamente nos hospedariamos en Galerija nuevamente cuando regresemos a Zagreb.

Hotel på 20 min bilavstånd från Zagrebs flygplats

Vi skulle lämna tillbaks en hyrbil på Zagrebs flygplats och ta ett tidigt flyg hem. Det här var ett hyffsat billigt hotel på lagom avstånd från flygplatsen. Placeringen på Google maps stämde inte riktigt, men det gick att fråga sig fram.

Preiswertes Hotel, 15min (Auto) vom Stadtzentrum

Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage war gemütlich, aber Einrichtung schon ein wenig älter, trotzdem gut in Schuss. Minibar als Kühlschrank vorhanden, groß genug um eigene Getränke einkühlen zu können. Klimaanlage hat Timerfunktion, stellt sich nach einer gewissen Zeitspanne selbst ab, Kühlleistung sehr gut. Stadtzentrum mit dem Auto in ca. 15min erreichbar, Schnellstraße ist gleich neben dem Haus, hört man aber nicht, Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Ansonsten ruhiges Viertel, jedoch dadurch auch nichts besonderes in der Nähe bezüglich Restaurants, etc. wo man schnell mal hinspazieren könnte. Jedoch haben wir es auch nicht sehr ausgiebig erkundet, da wir dann abends in die Stadt gefahren sind. Frühstück haben wir keines konsumiert, daher kein Urteil darüber. WLAN vorhanden, jedoch in unserem Zimmer nicht so starkes Signal stellenweise, da wir schon ein wenig vom Hotspot weg waren (waren das vorletzte Zimmer am Gang).

abbiamo dormito solo una notte e cercato una sistemazione vicino alla zona che mi interessava ad un prezzo basso, devo dire però che l'albergo è superiore alle aspettative, accoglienza ottima, condizioni dell'albergo e camere adeguate al prezzo, colazione abbondante self service... secondo me per 80 euro in 2 compresa la cena è un ottimo albergo.
