"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"The apartment was in a lovely location—nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short walk to everything. Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. "This property is two separate units - so not ideal for our family of five, three children. An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool). And downstairs, which appears quite newly renovated, because evidently, there has been water damage, which has left a horrible smell in the apartment. Fans in the rooms are not efficient. "Language barrier between ourselves and the host nothing a translation app couldn’t help with and she was ever so patient! Apartment was lovely and spacious, not too far of a walk from the beachfront with restaurants. Hidden €1.50 tourist tax per guest per night- but couldn’t go wrong with the pricing overall especially with some complementary breakfast.."
