"We had a wonderful Christmas at this house. I was so pleased with the cozy bedrooms with fluffy warm duvets. Big open living space with fun party basement. Two fireplace areas in the house were a plus! It snowed while we were there and the view is so pretty. Great communication with the owner. "

"We had a wonderful winter getaway at this lovely spot. Host was welcoming, communicative and had all the house instructions easily laid out for us. We loved playing in the snow and enjoying the lovely mountain views! We will certainly consider coming back in the summer to make use of the water feature! Thank you!"

"We stayed at a small cabin in the Catskills hosted by Umi and Bill, and we absolutely loved it. The place was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The views were stunning, and Umi and Bill went above and beyond by providing plenty of helpful materials videos and clear instructions on how to use everything in the cabin. Everything was easy to understand and made our stay completely stress-free. We had a great time and will definitely be returning!"

"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice enough to leave complimentary drinks ( vitamin water) but they had an expiration date year of 2023. They have a sauna that was featured in the listing but was extremely hard to find so we didn’t use it. We tried reaching out about the smoke detector the night of our arrival but didn’t get a response until the next morning. When I expressed these concerns to the tenant they apologized and said thanks we’ll make it better for the next guest, not addressing our frustration at all. Property was difficult to find and was nestled in between two abandoned looking buildings that were being used for hoarding, did not feel very safe. "

"This house was very nice to stay at during our visit to the Catskills. It was well spaced out for 2 families to share; we each felt like we had our own space and the pre-teens got the basement which they loved since there were 2 bedrooms and a living space. The house was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. It was rainy so we didn’t get to do as many outdoor activities as we would have liked, but the house was cozy and there was ping pong and foosball in the garage which got a lot of use. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back and recommend to others visiting this area. "
