Beautiful sobe in Old Town

Great location, quiet, comfortable bed, clean and appears to have been recently renovated. Great to have fridge and stove top in room.

Ein tolles Apartment, sehr modern, sehr nette junge Dame als Kontaktperson, immer für Fragen erreichbar-da keine Rezeption vor Ort über Telefon. Leider hat das Zimmer etwas muffig gerochen, das war aber alles was ich zu beanstanden habe. Ansonsten Top 👍

Mixed feelings

Nice renovated interior although tiny. Where to park an issue. Kinda grungy exterior and location. No real lobby and front desk such as it was often left locked and unattended, creating a scramble and frustration at the restaurant designated for breakfast because we all had to sit waiting on the curb outside the office for half an hour for simeone to show up. No WiFi in the room. Nice and close to sights, however.

Après avoir cherché à pied avec nos valises dans les ruelles nous avons trouvé un message nous demandant d’appeler un numéro de téléphone. Et là il nous a été indiqué une autre adresse pour récupérer les clefs...recherche nouvelle de ruelle.... Puis retour à la première adresse, Heureusement les appartements était corrects

Great loaction - Quite modern and clean.

Perfectly located in old town Zadar within an easy walk to every important and historic site. Everything worked well and the room was new and very clean. Be aware, no elevator but only 3 floors.Breakfast at a nearby plaza restaurant was excellent and plentiful. Very important site, St. Simeons church literally just outside the front door. Check in, and check out, is at Idassa Palace which is about 3 blocks west and it would be good to have an old city map for ease of finding. If you have a car....consider parking it just south of the park as it is the most inexpensive lot.

Ankunft 24 h. Alle Zimmer sind vergeben, man will uns in einer alternativen Unterkunft, 10 Min. vom Hotel unterbringen. Gepäck muss selbst getragen werden und dann in den dritten Stock unters Dach, um festzustellen, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt ist. Außerdem war es dort furchtbar warm. Wir weigern uns. Aus dem 3. Stock wieder runter, 10 Min. zurück zum Hotel. Plötzlich hat man doch ein Zimmer, sogar ein sauberes und nur drei Minuten entfernt. Wir ziehen ein. Nicht wie gebucht Einzelbetten, sondern Doppelbett. Kein Nichtraucherzimmer sonder Zigarettenrauch, erkaltet.Ein anderes Zimmer steht auch am nächsten Tag nicht zur Verfügung. Als wir um 17 Uhr vom Stadtbummel zurückkommen ist das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Wir haben den 2 Tages Reinfall einfach abgehakt und sind weiter gezogen. Ach ja eines noch. Die Toilettentür konnte man von innen nicht mehr öffnen, wenn man Sie geschlossen hatte. Ich hatte Glück, meine Frau war nur kurz weg. Sie hat mich befreit.

Great location in Zadar

The accommodation was in a great location in the Old Town in Zadar. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after reception (which is off site) had closed, but we called reception anyway and someone came quickly with the key. The room itself was spacious and clean. We had some very hot days whilst we were there and the only thing we missed was not having a fridge in the room! Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient place

We liked this hotel. It was located very conveniently in the old city. The room was clean. We had to check in at idassa palace which was close by. The hotel provided toiletries and plenty of towels. We would have liked a couple more hooks in the room to hang towels and wet swim suits. The breakfast was included but was nothing particularly special.

Location is great, the room is very basic, no chair and table (they do have better rooms). They don't clean the room during your stay. Office/reception is at another location, inconvenient when you have all your luggage. Stuff is very friendly.

Lovely accommodation, Fantastic location! Issue with communication - door locks were changed without informing us, so we couldn't get into our apartment for a whole evening until we managed to get in contact with the host.
