You will be staying in a historic national treasure with modern amenities. It is located on the Riva, you can swim and walk to all historic landmarks. The building is one of Zadar’s three architectural pre war dwellings that survived on the Riva over a century. You will feel the history that was a part of this city in the walls. The apartment building was once a hotel and favorite retreat of Alfred Hitchcock who was inspired by the impressive elliptical staircase of this marble palace and Zadar's majestic sunset.

It is ideally situated for both leisure and business travelers to enjoy the blend of historic class and elegance that once was a part of this city’s majestic history.
